REFUND
If you are not happy with your nails, please let the front desk know before you pay. We will adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancement or coatings that have been applied. NO REFUND or REDO will be given after you have left the salon.
Gift cards WILL NOT BE REFUNDED after purchase.
BOOKING APPOINTMENT
We will not take appointments for some single services, such as: regular manicure, polish change, nails repair (from different salon), waxing. Those services are welcome to walk-in.
CANCELLATION
If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you do so at least 24 hours before your appointment time to avoid being charged a fee to your service booked.
LATE ARRIVAL
Appointments will be held for 15-minute, after this grace period, we consider this as “ NO SHOW’ and the appointment will be canceled. When you arrive after 15-minute from your original appointment time, we will take you as a walk-in customer. You might have to wait for the next available technician to take care of your service. Or you are welcome to reschedule your appointment for the next day.
GUARANTEE
Full-Set acrylic, dipping powder, and gel polish are guaranteed for 5 business days after your appointment, excluding fault breakages. If you notice a chip or lifting in 5 days after you got the service, please call us to schedule a free repair. We will do nails repair with only an appointment.
We are not responsible for filling nails that break or lift.
Regular polish is guaranteed for 2 business days after your appointment. We will fix those messed up nails only with the same color. If customers want to change color, we will charge polish change price.

For your safety, our premises are monitored with video surveillance 24/7.

To those customers who asking technicians to remove “in-roll” or “hang nails” during pedicure services:
“WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR BLEEDING, INFECTION, OR ANY INCIDENTS OCCUR DURING THE WORK. TECHNICIANS HAVE A RIGHT TO REFUSE DOING “IN-ROLL” AND “HANG NAILS” IF CUSTOMERS DISAGREE WITH THE SALON’S TERM.”
